January 25

Join certified guides for forest bathing on gentle walks in the parks while nurturing our connection to the natural world, in collaboration with the 10.27 Healing Partnership. Immersing ourselves deeply in nature has positive effects on mental, emotional, and physical health.
If you feel disconnected from nature, yourself, or others, consider joining our community and participating in this forest bathing series. We will take slow, gentle walks in nature with frequent invitations to meditate or connect. The January 25 walk will be in celebration of TuB’Shevat, the Jewish New Year for fruit trees. It is a day to celebrate the new fruits of the season and to remember our connection to the earth and to nature. All are welcome and invited to participate in this event.
